We are currently seeking a SAP Purchasing Consultant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Work on SAP merger project, merging 2 companies
- Use your procurement experience to identify business requirements, create functional specifications and configure business processes
- Perform system configuration and testing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting on procurement processes and integration with the financial module
- Develop end user procedures, documentation, and training
- Serve as liaison between the Purchasing Office, end users and SAP support for procurement design and implementation projects
- Ready to Travel to client site
- At least 5 years SAP experience
- Needs to have at least 2 full deployments of SAP in their resume (will not talk to anyone who does not)
- Needs to understand core Purchasing processes Procure to Pay with relevant configuration knowledge
- Needs Master data knowledge of Materials and Source Lists and basic MRP knowledge
- Main focus will be building out configuration and solution for the Procurement processes so needs to be experienced doing that in a project basis
- Have worked on preparation and loading Master and transaction data with excellent excel skills
- Willing to travel to South Texas region and North Mexico as needed
