We are currently seeking a SFDC UX Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

How You'll Help Us:
As a UX Architect, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. Why the Role Is Important:
Our UX Architects are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of a UX Architect provides clients and teams with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.
Responsibilities:
You will be working closely with our customers to design and optimize their user journeys, to create polished high-fidelity mockups, and to bring the latest in design trends and capabilities. Leveraging the powerful capabilities of the Salesforce Industries and Salesforce toolkits, as well as the increasing palette of web development tools, you'll be responsible for designing task flows and visual designs that meet user needs, as well as being brand-aligned, highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable.
You will be reporting directly to the Salesforce Industries GTM Leader and working closely with the Digital Advisors to develop POC's, POV's and accelerators
- Define meaningful customer experience metrics for digital experiences
- Design applications that are both eye-catching and intuitive, and that accelerate user productivity and adoption.
- Lead UX for large complex agile projects, with many stakeholders, including agencies, customers, systems integrators and team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years' experience in UX and UI design, with a particular focus on enterprise applications and/or mobile applications and eCommerce
- 5 years experience of designing applications in at least one of our industries Insurance, Health, Public Sector & Telecommunications

- Analytical. You like to dissect complex processes and can help forge a path based on your findings.
