We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Advisor to join our team in Miami, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Recruits and negotiates physician and/or provider contracts in accordance with company standards in order to maintain and enhance provider networks while meeting and exceeding accessibility, quality and financial goals of Aetna Medicaid. Develop, contract, maintain and enhance relationships with facilities, physicians and ancillary providers which serve as contractual networks of care for members; foster growth of managed care products; and enhance profitability of Aetna Medicaid.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with assigned providers that focuses on productivity and achieving results
- Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems, solving moderately complex problems and/or conducting moderately complex analyses with minimal guidance in a telecommuting capacity\
- Strong understanding of competitive landscape including strategies, practices, and financial/contracting arrangements desired
