Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager will be a key part of our engineering team. This person will be the main link to the customer and will see the project through from beginning to end. We are looking for a candidate who can present to a customer and facilitate technical design discussions between engineers to identify the best solution.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact to customers for any project related communications
• Lead, coordinate and execute project development and change management activities working with clients and internal team members.
• Review technical and functional requirements, verify technical feasibilities, identify impact and risks to guide client and internal personnel on the best approach for on time and high-quality deliverables
• Maintain a comprehensive project plan to meet customer business needs and company goals
• Schedule and officiate project team meetings internal, external, and remote
• Field all incoming issues from customers (issues, requests, inquiries etc.). You are the front line. Make sure they get recorded and are assigned and all information is attached
• Record notes from all meetings, make sure all action items are recorded and assigned
• Remove barriers by connecting people and groups to help find answers
• Work with clients on successful rollout of the platform

Qualifications

• Highly self-driven with ability to quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Sharp troubleshooter with the ability to quickly understand electro-mechanical systems and their product requirements
• Detail-oriented problem solver - proactive in driving product goals and objectives
• Knowledge of basic mechanics/mechatronics, applied electronics, and computer systems and electronics a must
• Bachelors or associates degree in one of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
• Four or more years of technical project management experience
