As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth restaurant functioning.
• Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Generally requiring minimally three years of managing FOH and BOH operations.
• Ability to motivate staff to reach goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, Payroll, Scheduling, and Training Development.
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory and control costs.
• Implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Open Table, Radar, Toast, Triple Seat
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts, weekends, and night shifts
• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field

Salary: $62,400.00 - $70,000.00 Yearly
