About the Role:
Are you passionate about contributing to engaging work? If you are, we want to talk to you. We are currently looking to add an Order Shipper to our US Order Fulfillment team. This team is dedicated to efficiently meeting the needs of our distributors and customers, by picking requested products and packing products.
We are currently hiring Monday-Friday shifts, 6:00am-2:30pm and Monday-Friday shifts, 7:30am-4:00pm. This position pays $14/hour.
What you'll do:
- Verify accuracy of packaged product against customer orders
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare packages for shipment and create shipping manifests
- Load packages into shipping trailers/trucks
- Complete cleaning assignments in area
- Complete and stay current with required training on area Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in daily stretching exercises
- Follow FDA regulations
What you'll need:
- Warehouse Production experience preferred
- Ability to read, speak and comprehend the English Language
- Ability to collaborate with others in meeting production quotas
- Flexible and able to adapt in a stressful production environment
- Basic understanding and use of word processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word or Outlook)
- Able to cross-train and work in other department areas (e.g. picking, returns)
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to learn how to operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed
- Ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs.
- A High School education is preferred with 0-2 years of working experience
