What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Sales Administrator position at NuAire, Inc.?
Seasoned Customer Service professional with excellent project management and customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and work with teams in various departments.
Responsible for the review of all potential contract sales to determine if the request can be met by NuAire's manufacturing capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two year technical degree or five years related industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service Management
Annual wage range: $60,000-$65,000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes incoming contracts from customers, contractors, lab planners or other possible third parties to meet expectations.
- Prepares bids according to terms specified in the contract.
- Project manages contract orders and other large product orders with Manufacturing.
- Monitors the process to ensure the customer's expectations in the terms of the product and acknowledged delivery dates are met. Responsible for Communication with the customer on project status.
