Job Title: Business Development Executive
About the Job
The Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) Business Development Executive plays a critical role in identifying and engaging with potential DAX user contacts. The DAX Business Development Executive is responsible for driving physician engagement in support of overall provider recruitment strategies within their assigned business segment and/or named accounts. The DAX BDE will collaborate with Account Executives, DAX Outreach Executives and DAX Sales specialists post-close to create and execute on provider engagement and recruitment strategies designed to increase the number of DAX users in named accounts
Responsibilities
- Join customer planning calls representing Nuance as their vendor champion to spread information and excitement around DAX within specified accounts
- Ask a series of questions to generate recommended next steps to implement a successful recruitment program
- Provide feedback to Nuance and customer teams on progress and challenges needing attention
- Work closely with Nuance Marketing and Sales Teams to execute on creative tactics to increase visibility within the account
- Collaborate with the Customer to establish a Provider Champion Network, partnering to host Town Halls to drive awareness and engagement (i.e., expectation setting, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration with all Nuance teams involved in DAX implementation
- Identify potential new user contacts within the named account
- Identify points of entry to expand the number of named users within the account
- Contact end-users, influencers, and champions to build relationships and networks to support provider recruitment
- Own the execution and coordination of provider awareness and recruitment activities
- Research target accounts, identify key players and personas, create messaging tailored to targets of outreach monitoring/messaging
- Maintain the highest level of customer service delivery standards, and work to maintain positive relationships as applicable to your role
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required and/or related years of work experience
Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an inside sales or marketing role in a large corporate environment.
Required Skills:
- Time/priority management skills. Ability to follow protocols and work in a time sensitive manner
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle interruptions
- High degree energy and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and at multiple levels of an organization
- Exceptional listening and communication skills and a focus on providing a positive customer experience
Preferred Skills
- 1-2 years of work experience in lead generation, preferably in the healthcare or healthcare IT market
- Excellent phone and email writing skills
- Experience in Salesforce
- Experience and comfortable with Automation tools i.e. High Velocity Sales
- Healthcare knowledge preferred
- IT knowledge preferred
- Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an inside sales or marketing role in a large corporate environment.
