Onsite working and paid interviews
develops estimates by costing parts, supplies, and labor
calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles
obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements
maintains communication with customer by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining and providing contact phone numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging temporary transportation
tracks vehicle progress through repair process – keeping customers and files adequately updated
18 years or older
Proficiency in CCC One preferred
Familiarity with DRP guidelines
I-CAR or ASE certifications a plus
Valid driver’s license
