Operations Manager

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase production, and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient, and profitable during the course of business.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all day-to-day operations of the business, overall workflow, organization, and management functions.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Prepare, analyze, and report production, project, and inventory data to executive team members, including new products and production forecasts.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee lab efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Proven work experience as operations manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with business and financial principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and frequently.

• Must be able to sit, walk, climb, squat, and stand on their feet for long periods of time.
