Overview
Scheduling Supervisor
Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee the effective and efficient scheduling of patient care hours, contributing to the seamless operation of our multiple branch locations. The Scheduling Supervisor will also be responsible for overseeing the scheduling team, optimizing schedules, and ensuring that patients receive timely, high-quality care.
- $24.00/hr. to $28.00/hr. based on background and experience.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off.
- Full time hours in office setting, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the scheduling specialist performance.
- Responsible for ensuring specialists are meeting target goals for patient coverage.
- Responsible for meeting with branch leaders to ensure goals and customer service are being met.
- May be responsible for their own scheduling load.
- Participates in the on-call schedule to support scheduling call offs.
- Supports the on-call team with scheduling concerns and availability/cooperation of scheduling specialists.
- Acts as a backup when multiple scheduling specialists are out of the office.
- Excellent communication skills, interacting with patients, family members and staff, ensuring patients are receiving superb care and service.
- Must be very detail oriented, completely staffing each patient in advance, and be willing to adjust in the moment as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience in a clinical or health-care setting.
- Associates degree is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills, putting the patient's needs first.
