Title: Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Requirement is for one of our key client for a business unit that is responsible for Data Delivery (Big Data, Analytics & Cloud).
- Strong MS office knowledge including MS excel expert level and MS Access or other database tools at intermediate level.
- Thorough understanding of the Agile process and ceremonies is mandatory.
- Ability to work with various Scrum roles like Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Capability Owners.
- Ability to understand and map processes, define and measure process performance and metric trends.
- Self-motivator with excellent communication & organization skills.
- Project Management and tracking including work effort, financial tracking, work task entries, cost savings, process efficiencies, and quality improvements.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment, independently, and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Must be able to interface with end-user business, technology customers and vendors in an effective and positive manner.
- Must have Agile and Product Management experience and experience with Data is a plus.
