Basic Job Functions:
- Planning and scheduling resources to meet the roll needs of the Specialty Cold Mill
- Overhead crane operation, roll chocking and unchocking, and roll grinding
- Maintaining and troubleshooting roll grinders
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, scheduled, and unscheduled overtime

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 Year of Steel Cold Rolling Experience
- CNC Machining Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Roll Shop process, operations, and inventory management.
