What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Designer position at NuFACE?

Essential Functions:

Designing, producing, and managing interactive digital content, including (but not limited to) email templates, SMS/MMS, push notification, landing pages, and on-site optimization.
Collaborate with the Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting UX UI usability standards.
Conceptualize and advise on design elements and themes for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.
Work with digital delivery teams on QAing design work.
Ensure consistency in luxury-based designs and content across all client-facing channels.
Review product positioning and competitors to proactively identify areas of improvement.
Achieves success through efficiency and accuracy, leveraging a strong understanding of vision and direction.
Understand seasonal and trend changes and demands from client persona tied to brand foundation and product storytelling cross-channel.

Ability to multi-task, self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in related field.
3 years proven experience in a data-centric digital design role.
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity.
A strong understanding of digital best practices, including accessibility guidelines.
Demonstrated skills and training in typography, layout, composition, color theory and information architecture.
Passionate about building innovative creative solutions to meet client needs.
Experience working collaboratively across departments to build a great customer and brand experience across all marketing touch points.
Ability to work with a wide variety of software, such as: Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), Presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint), Web technology (HTML, CSS, UI design), Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
A team player with exceptional organizational, technical, and project management skills.
