Essential Functions:
- Assist with community management and interaction with users across all social channels while working with the appropriate team members on client service requests, partnership requests, influencer requests, and press requests received through social media.
- Assist with the scheduling and posting of all content onto our active social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Stay in the know and be able to key in on real-time opportunities for engagement around happenings and trends, holidays, and events important to our community.
- Monitor and track social performance, pulling analytic reports, recaps and more
- Help craft and document unique Instagram social media strategies.
- Maintain and update the social editorial calendar.
- Help create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through research, inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails.
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our ]internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
- Help report on the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
- Cultivate great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow existing partnerships.
- Assist with picking giveaway winners and coordinating shipments for partners, collaborations, and trade shows.
- May assist with content creation as needed.
- Conduct administrative tasks for the marketing department and potentially help with local events and activations:
- Employee Gifts
- Promo Gratis
- Place inventory orders
- Event planning support
- Marketing inventory
- Competitive research landscape
- Helping with logistics
- Asset Management
- Other projects and duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with social media/community management.
- Proven track record of managing social communities.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to take the lead and be proactive.
- Understanding of social media KPIs and measuring performance.
- Proficiency with reporting tools and digital analysis.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write and use proper grammar.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines, while paying close attention to detail.
- Research target audience and discover current trends. Pitch new social media concepts and ideas.
- Microsoft Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) skills are required.
