Responsibilities/Job Functions:
Oversee all administration of the Casino.
Oversee management of the Casino.
Planning and conducting of Casino Meetings.
Oversee maintenance of the Casino Facility and the equipment utilized in the facility.
Oversee initial and on going training of casino personnel.
Create and maintain favorable relationships with casino guests per accepted professional standards.
Create and maintain favorable relationships with co-workers and subordinates per accepted professional standards.
Adhere to all Nevada Gaming Laws, Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, Criminal Laws, Labor Laws, and Company Policy and Procedure.
Ensure that all staff adheres to Nevada Gaming Laws, Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, Criminal Laws and Company Policy and Procedure.
Constant awareness of situations or events that can adversely affect the operations of the company, motel or the casino. Resolve, document and report them to the appropriate personnel.
Required to maintain in strict confidence any privileged or confidential information about other employees, guest records, guest winnings, operational statistics, gaming records, training information and training materials.
Responsible for assisting in providing a safe work environment.
Maintain compliance with all EEOC Laws.
Ensure that all staff complete job duties satisfactorily and according to Company Policy and Procedure and gaming regulations.
Perform all other duties as assigned. Work with the Property Manager in the administration of the Casino.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card (license)
Excellent Guest Service Skills.
Ability to listen and understand without interrupting and able to convey information correctly.
Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Ability to multi-task and possess attention to detail.
Excellent organizational, and written documentation skills. Ability to follow up and make informed decisions is required.
Possess leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as word documents and spreadsheets.
