HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT (REMOTE- YEAR ROUND)

HIRING REMOTE LICENSED AGENTS!

We are hiring Remote Licensed Health Insurance Agents with a growing company Healthcare supporting multiple different national carriers! This position offers full-time hours, paid training, OVERTIME as well as benefits.

Job Duties:

- Using your knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollments to identify the needs of the customer

- Licensed Agent will be responsible for providing great customer service to Medicare members across multiple states

-Must meet all requirements to obtain and maintain a state-licensed advisor status.

- Provides all necessary training and pays for all training classes to obtain health insurance licensing as well as license renewal fees while you are employed!

- Absorb, retain and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information

- Assist callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans with sales techniques

- Place outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members * -Licensed Agent will be responsible for providing accurate information to prospects using quality and compliance standards

- Using a needs analysis-based selling approach, accurately answering questions, addressing any concerns, and recommending appropriate plans

- Enrolling retirees compliantly and efficiently by reading provided script verbatim

- Conducting outbound phone calls to pre-set appointments, generating direct-to-consumer leads

- Our Licensed Agents will handle inbound service calls by providing accurate and complete information

- Delivering a consistently positive customer experience in a highly ethical and professional manner

- Absorbing new information and possessing the flexibility to adapt to new processes rapidly - Processing a wide range of complex details and articulating the details in simple terms to customers with varying levels of knowledge and education

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:

• Laptop or PC (NO Chromebook / ChromeOS, NO Tablets)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
