The Ad Intel business is a service-enabled marketing and advertising based data firm that helps our clients understand the marketing landscape and how to best position themselves for success. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting inbound and ongoing communication from colleagues and clients around the subscription and services they subscribe to. Solution Specialists deliver a best in class customer service experience utilizing their deep knowledge of Ad Intel’s data and methodology coupled with effective questioning and listening skills. This role requires excellent customer service, a professional and empathetic attitude and customer first mentality.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Ad Intel data, solution and services related to specific industries and verticals.
Guide Ad Intel’s users to navigate the platform, interpret results, and utilize reports to answer business questions. - Provide prompt and thorough responses to internal and client inquiries via the platform chat, email correspondence and video calls.
- Utilize designated support solutions/software in order to manage and document customer interactions and escalate as needed.
- Connect client business needs to support client retention and growth.
- Educate clients on data methodology, site navigation and report outputs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
