Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Prepare small meals

• Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
• Help provide mobility assistance- transfers and assist
• Provide personal hygiene assistance, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Complete transportation to accompany patient to and from shopping center or hospital

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hoyer lift Experience (specific to client)

Job Type: Part-time various shifts and locations

• Suwanee, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
