Our company is looking for a proactive and competent Nurse's Aide to provide basic care and assistance to nursing personnel. You will be responsible for helping patients with their daily activities, such as administering medication and performing light housekeeping activities. As a Nurse's Aide, you must be compassionate, friendly and caring. You will work in an employee-friendly environment and assist in the delivery of care with our other team members. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of direct patient care to meet the needs of patients, families and physicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter the room in a timely manner upon being called by a nurse or other requestor.
  • Complete room checks in accordance with the policies and procedures.
  • Answer questions regarding the patient's case or personal care instructions as required.
  • Facilitate transfers of patients as directed by nurse or other administrator.
  • Assist in taking vital signs, administering medications and other pertinent responsibilities.
  • Report patient conditions and concerns to medical staff on duty; Collect and dispose of trash from the patient's room.
