The National Service Office is the central operational engine for two evidence-based programs: Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First. In 2020, what was formerly the National Service Office solely for Nurse-Family Partnership united with Child First, a merger empowering two proven models to share complementary expertise, infrastructure and integrated services. The resulting unified entity works to ensure that healthcare, early childhood development, and the mental wellness of the entire family are served in proven ways to achieve long-term positive outcomes.

Position Description

The primary purpose of the Projects Coordinator position is to support key operational program initiatives and innovations at the National Service Office and related to our Network partners and affiliates. This position should have a solutions-oriented mindset as it will assist with the development and operationalization of effective programs, including the tracking of activities, milestones, and overall progress. Duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, helping to foster a collaborative team environment, and working cross-departmentally to meet organizational goals.


This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal NSO teams to ensure programs are effectively operationalized within the organization.
  • Oversee daily administrative and logistical activities, such as creating and monitoring check requests and reports, scheduling and facilitating planned updates and informational calls, supporting recurring internal and external stakeholder calls, tracking participants and key milestones.
  • Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders is maintained.
  • Monitor program processes and milestones for successful implementation in support of annual strategic goals.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss progress and maximize team productivity.
  • Draft and update communication materials.
  • Maintain and update operational progress reports for management and key stakeholders.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating projects and activities related to planning for and implementing organizational initiatives.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in identification and implementation of procedures that increase efficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in generating reports to measure impact of projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This position reports to the Manager, Strategic Funds and has no direct reports.


Salary

  • Salary is determined based on experience and skill set. Geographical adjustments may be considered.
  • Range: $57,300 - $68.000/year
