Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Perform triage to assess patient needs and prioritize care accordingly
- Conduct health coaching sessions to educate patients on disease prevention and management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients
- Assist in primary care procedures such as wound care, vaccinations, and physical examinations
- Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Familiarity with infection control protocols and practices
