Title: LPN/ LVN for Homecare
Facility: Cooley Dickinson VNA & Hospice (CDV)
Duration: 13 week Temp to hire position
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with weekend rotation (1 in 4 weekends required)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Conduct 6 patient visits per day.
- Provide hands-on care including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with RNs, PTs, OTs, and HHAs.
- Valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 1 year of Homecare working experience as a LPN/LVN
- Current BLS certification
- Covid vaccinated
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
