Duties:
Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, families, and staff
Responsible for monthly schedule production
Day to day staffing coordination
Records of employee attendance, scheduling changes, and time-off requests
Data entry, ability to obtain, update, maintain and electronic files
Qualifications:
Completion of a high school, or general equivalency diploma; AND
minimum of (2) years of general clerical work experience in a healthcare facility, AND
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in healthcare scheduling preferred.

Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Good hearing, clear speech.
Sitting at desk and answering telephone during workday with freedom to stand and walk around

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
