On-Call Home Health Registered Nurse

As a dedicated On-Call Home Health RN, you'll offer expert nursing care to patients across diverse age groups and diagnoses. Qualifications:
Required:
- Associate degree or higher
- Over 1 year of experience in any of the following areas:
- Home Health
- Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
- Hospice
- Acute Care
- Burn Unit/Wound Clinic
- Emergency Department (ED)
- Critical Care
- Oncology
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (NJ)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Preferred:
- On-Call Nursing experience (1 years)
- Bilingual
- RN License Number
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct or indirect skilled comprehensive nursing care
- Utilize nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care
- Implement prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Conduct effective interviews, collect data, and maintain patient safety
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families
- Observe and report patient conditions and reactions
- Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols
- Utilize oral and written communications to convey pertinent information
Schedule and Shift Details:
- 1 week on, 1 week off
- Shift: 4:30 pm-8:30 am
