Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled RN Clinical Case Manager - Registered Case Manager to work directly with our owners and managers in a flexible position that includes various areas of our business. The primary role is Case Manager - RN, but the position also includes working in our office on special projects such as quality assurance, home health aide supervision, education, developing clinical pathways, and more. We are looking for someone with homecare experience, proficiency in completing OASIS, and a positive attitude. This position offers room for growth, and we hope to hire someone who aspires to be the supervisor of clinical services or even the administrator of a home health agency someday.

Other Information:
- Full-time position
- Must be available Monday through Friday with some weekend availability
- COVID-19 considerations include mandated vaccination, PPE use, and daily screening
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, an RN license, and at least 3 years of home health experience
- The work location is on the road and in the office as needed.
