Home Health - Physical Therapist - PT (13 week contract)
Location:
Columbia, MS
Guaranteed minimum hours and pay (wages depending on experience)
Additional $.55 cents per mile for patient related travel
On-call available / optional - Bonus pay for on-call

Physical Therapist - PT
- Minimum 1 years as PT required
- Minimum 6 months Hospice / Home Health experience preferred
- Charting system is HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
- On call rotations determined by hospice / home health agency
- To follow local governing board scope of practice.
