Home Health Registered Nurse - RN (13 week contract)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
M-Fri Call available for extra $$
Guaranteed minimum weekly up to $2,500 weekly pay depending on experience and travel distance
Additional $.45 cents per mile for patient related travel

- Minimum 2 years as RN required

- HOME CARE HOME BASE charting experience required
- OASIS system experience required
