Boutique Specialist - Supporting Pregnant and Postpartum Women

Responsibilities:

• Provide heartfelt and personalized care to pregnant and postpartum women, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Offer expert guidance and support in selecting and fitting maternity and postpartum products, including breastpumps, bras, garments, and accessories.
• Foster meaningful connections with clients, building trust and rapport to provide emotional support and empathy.
• Maintain inventory, organize displays, and assist with store operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
• Help families navigate their insurance coverage.

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for supporting pregnant and postpartum women with care and compassion.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and provide empathetic support.
• Knowledge of pregnancy and postpartum-related products, sizing, and fitting techniques is preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes self-care and empowerment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
