Intake Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the breast pump program, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients to pick out the breast pump that is right for them.
• Leverage sales experience to guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they choose the best options for their needs.
• Utilize knowledge of breast pumps and associated equipment to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Conduct insurance eligibility checks, verify insurance coverage, and expertly navigate clients through the insurance process.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering clients' questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and program details.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and professional email correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize the breast pump program and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest breastfeeding and postpartum support resources.

Qualifications:

• Positive and compassionate attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Proven sales experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in the healthcare or maternity industry.
• Knowledge or experience with breast pumps and associated equipment.
• Familiarity with insurance eligibility checks and verification processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.97 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
