Job Posting for Project Specialist at Nutralabz

As the Project Specialist at Nutralabz you will be responsible for the planning and management of product development across all Nutralabz portfolios, overseeing product design, coordinating the manufacture of products, and collaborating with Sales leadership to align inventory levels with customer demand. In alignment with interdepartmental teams, the Project Specialist will establish project milestones, adhere to production deadlines, and coordinate production planning for Nutralabz products.

Following first production, the Project Specialist will be responsible for replenishment planning in collaboration with the Sales team. The Project Specialist will be responsible for the management of inventory levels to maintain product availability to meet market demand, working as liaison between Sales and Operations to initiate replenishment production.

Reporting to our Customer Success Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Planning and oversight of all new product development within the Nutralabz portfolio as a liaison between departments throughout the product development process.
Coordinating with interdepartmental team to complete the assigned project(s) on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency, establishing targets for milestones and adhering to project deadlines.
Outlining all tasks involved in the project and delegating accordingly while addressing questions, concerns, and/or issues throughout the project.
Creating and proposing solutions for any identified risks or challenges to meeting product timelines through collaboration with the interdepartmental team.
Leading weekly project meetings to review status and provide progress reports to Executive team, as required.
Escalating timeline risks or production issues to the executive team, as appropriate.
Coordinating with external partners to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Developing and maintaining inventory databases for finished products within Nutralabz product portfolios to ensure product availability.
Overseeing the planning of work orders to support sales demand to ensure no gaps in supply.
Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Quality and Logistics departments to maximize production efficiency in the Supply Chain and Inventory Control departments through effective replenishment planning.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to replenishment planning and inventory control, with a goal of maximizing efficiency and optimizing workflow.
Maintaining current knowledge of trends, prices, buyers, and delivery conditions as required to anticipate future material availability; directs purchasing programs accordingly.
Communicating and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new products.

You are someone who has:

Post-secondary education in Business or related field, with major coursework in project management and/or operations management, preferred.
3 years of related experience required; consumer-packaged goods preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to exercise professional tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, coworkers, and customers.
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
Proven time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ERP software, SAP preferred.
Experience with Project Management software.

The compensation range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
