Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks
- Fabricate and install various fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Perform general carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, and painting
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests in the building
- Ability to reports/status updates and effectively communicate to operational leaders, written and oral
- Repair leaky faucets, toilets, dispensers, and snake clogged plumbing when necessary
- Masonry and building construction, painting, plaster, and drywall repair, replace doors and windows when necessary
- Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical tools and equipment such as power saws, power sanders, drills, air compressors, paint sprayers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills
Qualifications
- 4 years related experience and/or training
- Knows basic electrical principles as they apply to AC-DC circuitry and hardware, relays, switches, and circuit breakers
- This is a full-time, hourly, on-site position
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Heavy lifting 50 lbs require.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
