NURSE MANAGER - MIAMI

REPORTS TO: Director of Medical Operations

COLLABORATES WITH: NutriDrip Medical Team and Clean Market Support Staff

As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in executing projects, and store openings, maintaining staffing levels, and increasing sales. In addition to providing elevated IV drip services to our clients, you will work closely with our Medical Operations Director to recruit, hire, and retain top talent for future growth while maintaining our core values, mission, and vision, and ensuring that all team members receive thorough training and development opportunities.

CULTURE, PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

  • Partners with the Director of Medical Operations and Lead Nurse Practitioner to build a collaborative team in the Miami Market
  • Has weekly touch bases with Director of Medical Operations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with company values
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization
  • Develop and execute employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
  • Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align people and development strategies with the company's strategic goals.

LEADERSHIP

  • Supervise nursing front desk staff.
  • Manage customer service issues that occur at the time of visit.
  • Set and communicate a compelling and inspiring vision for the team, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's values and culture.
  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION

  • Maintain continuing education program compliance for all employees.
  • Utilize various teaching methods and instructional technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate interactive and participatory learning experiences to promote knowledge retention.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Interview and hire new medical staff members.
  • Train and onboard all nurses front desk staff members.
  • Follow up on new hires to ensure adequate support is given.
  • Administer required exams.
  • Review exam results with nurse to ensure knowledge is enhanced.

OPERATIONS

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Streamline processes to reduce costs and improve resource allocation.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks and challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment.
  • Ensure all business units within your region are operational during operating hours
  • Maintain an orderly configuration for the storage of supplies and vial expiration per protocols
  • Follow strict sterility protocol and established standards for the practice of care while conducting treatments
  • Timely submission of charting and documentation requirements for each client
  • Timely submission of RN schedule to Director of Medical Operations for approval
  • Builds and maintains collaborative productive partnerships both in the field and with our corporate team to best support the business
  • Maintains direct contact with Inventory Manager to maintain adequate supplies at all times
  • Collect data on End and Start of day checklists. Compile and maintain monthly reports.
  • Upholds all company policies and procedures
  • Audit client charts monthly for each nurse

SALES GENERATION

  • Oversees NutriDrip sales goals to maximize profitability
  • Remain knowledgeable on current offerings and promotions to increase sales
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Implement new sales training programs in conjunction with upper management

COMMUNICATION

  • Create and disseminate clear and compelling messages to internal audiences
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and events to convey key messages.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills
  • Maintain consistent open communication with all team members
  • Provide comforting and appropriate bedside manner with clients
  • Provide positive reinforcement to employees
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees at all times
  • Supports the dispatch team to resolve guest complaints follow up with guests for all unusual events, circumstances, etc

EXPANSION COMPANY GROWTH

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business expansion and growth in target markets.
  • Project manage upcoming projects and events in your region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of the expansion process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • 4 years of acute care nursing experience
  • 2 years of management experience (preferred)
  • Sales experience (preferred)
  • Exceptional IV skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Current Florida RN license
  • Active BLS certification
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-Time (in person)

Salary: $75,000 - $120,000

Schedule: Rotating, on-call
