The Training Delivery Advisor will be responsible to supporting the implementation of a dynamic, blended learning strategy as users go live in SAP S/4. The candidate will facilitate a learner focused delivery strategy that meets the needs of learners in all parts of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in agriculture or retail and would have knowledge and experience delivering training materials virtually and in person.

What you will do:
- Develop and implement training programs that are aligned to needs of the various user groups on SAP S/4
- Collaborate with other training groups to implement tools that align with our company’s training strategy (i.e. EnableNow, Xyleme, SuccessFactors)
- Work with all members of the OCM team to deliver people focused training solutions
- Support continuous cycle of improvement by engaging in productive activities to improve learning materials and delivery approach
- Communicate with key business owners to identify training needs
- Help identify appropriate training resources and delivery method within each business area
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall learning and development strategy
- Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a related field; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of related experience required, preferably in retail operations, learning development or learning delivery
- Knowledge and experience managing activities at a very detailed level
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to measure progress and analyze outcomes
- Active listener and ability to solicit feedback from people at all levels of the organization
- Experience in the agricultural or retail industry a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
$74,000 – $102,000. This range is estimated for Advisior, Training Delivery in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
