Analyst, AP GPO will be responsible for working closely with the Operations Excellence tower to investigate recurring issues or opportunities for efficiencies, standardization or for other process changes.
This position reports to Senior Manager, Global Process (PTP).
What you will do:
- Respond to audit queries
- Monitor and advise on invoice and payment exceptions
- Work with the AP Analyst group (in Operations Excellence tower) to identify opportunities for process improvements, control gaps, governance requirements etc.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring exceptions and provide recommendations to GPO Leader for process improvements, automations, or alternative solutions
- Perform cross ERP/cross business function analysis to identify opportunities for standardization
- Support all leadership & stakeholders in responding to their queries of process standardization or suggested improvements
- Communicate with third parties to resolve queries regarding exceptions
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from a recognized institution
- Two years of related experience
- Highly detail oriented
- Self-Motivated and able to prioritize and work well with competing deadlines
- Mature attitude and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent integrity and business ethics
- Ability to lead by example and work well with others
- Demonstrated analytical skills are required
- Intermediate level of Excel skills is required
- SAP S4 and/or PeopleSoft experience would be an asset
The Global Process Owner (GPO) must collaborate with process stakeholders and peer process owners to ensure effective and efficient process operations and identification and leverage of cross-process synergies. The GPO also monitors process performance and prioritizes and drives process-related investment decisions and implementation. Additionally, the GPO is accountable for ensuring process compliance with all relevant legislation and company procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $47,000 – $67,200 USD. This range is estimated for Analyst, AP GPO in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
