This position reports to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent.
This position is located in Vanscoy, Saskatchewan, Canada and is not available for remote work.
What you will do:
- Perform payroll entries and corrections in SAP
- Perform hourly vacation, shift exchange, shift alter paperwork entry into SAP
- Perform Work Order correction and closures
- Perform PM/PdM paperwork follow up and closure
- Develop standing WO for Mine team including Requisitions
- Support Planner equipment entries
- Review Equipment checklists and assign to appropriate planner
- Perform Operator Reports and Borer Rotor Hour Entry
- Assist Chrome River set up and usage
- Enter/Change Maintenance Plans in SAP
- Maintain SAP Roles and extended Contractor Roles past the end of the year
- Maintain SAP BOM
- Perform clothing management
- Perform other duties assigned
What you will bring:
- Business / Office Diploma / Degree
- Safety First mindset - Ability to perform all tasks while demonstrating positive safety behavior and safety leadership
- Proven history of demonstrating "Respect in the Workplace" values
- Mindset emphasizing the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the organization
- Hourly time entry experience with SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Time and priority management skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of refinery equipment, mechanical and/or electrical equipment fields is an asset
