What You Will Do

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as employee profile change requests, time keeping, onboarding and offboarding, record keeping, etc.
  • Safeguard employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information
  • Assist with operations batch sheet management and production processing in SAP
  • Provide support and coordination with temporary recruitment agencies; rosters, onboarding documentation, fit test results, attendance reporting
  • Assist with administrative supply chain support such as sourcing and buying inventory parts
  • Issue out Price and Availability (P&A) or RFQ to quote pricing and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Track deliveries and expedite reporting
  • Resolve quantity, invoicing, and quality issues with vendors
  • Provide procurement specific support to plant colleagues to complete material requisitions correctly and completely
  • Arranges meetings by request and maintains conference room calendars. Addresses scheduling conflicts appropriately. Ensures conference rooms are properly stocked and arranged for upcoming meetings.
  • Follows company protocols and procedures in maintaining and updating company files.
  • Provides input, direction, and support for company functions and activities. Assists with coordination of customer/vendor meetings and visits and employee events.
  • Implements strategies into daily operations that promote efficiency and cost savings.
  • Answers telephone, screens calls, and warm transfers to appropriate destinations. Takes and relays messages as needed.
  • Processes mail and package deliveries, sorting incoming/outgoing mail and packages, and ensures it arrives at the appropriate destination.
  • Orders, stocks, and maintains office supplies for Biola Plant Office and ATIC.
  • Manages office service vendors, including but not limited to copier equipment, water and coffee services, and IT vendor.
  • Acts as an expert resource for all Actagro employees in the use of available systems, including all company-sponsored platforms.

What You Will Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • 1 years of experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and leadership abilities

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range $20.19/hr - $27.76/hr. This range is estimated for an Administrative Coordinator in California. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
