The Analyst, FP&A Phosphate is responsible for working closely with key business partners to develop accurate business plans and short-term financial forecasts for the Phosphate business, in addition to ad-hoc financial modeling, data analysis and business analytics to support the Phosphate business senior leadership.
This role is located in Loveland, CO.
What You Will Do
Salary Range $79,600 - $124,300 USD. This range is estimated for both the Analyst and Sr Analyst level positions located in Loveland, CO

The Analyst, FP&A Phosphate is responsible for working closely with key business partners to develop accurate business plans and short-term financial forecasts for the Phosphate business, in addition to ad-hoc financial modeling, data analysis and business analytics to support the Phosphate business senior leadership.
This role is located in Loveland, CO.
What You Will Do
- Develop accurate short-term financial forecasts and the annual plan for the Phosphate business
- Translate large amounts of data from various system into meaningful analysis for leadership
- Support Phosphate site finance with forecasting, budgeting and special projects as needed
- Maintain and enhance the short-term forecasting models
- Develop strong relationships with key business partners, including the commercial, site finance, accounting, corporate planning, and investor relations teams
- Ongoing financial analysis to support the business
- Develop, maintain, and complete key business partner reports
- Complete ad hoc analysis, projects and initiatives as assigned
- A university degree in accounting, finance, marketing or commerce
- Professional designation (CPA, CBV or CFA) or MBA
- 5 - 8 years related and progressive work experience in a business or financial analysis role
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Exceptional analytical acumen with capacity to identify, scope and solve complex problems
- Background in business partnering with a strong desire to add value to the business, as well as a mindset for continuous improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Hyperion, Power Query and Power BI would be an asset
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and a strong commitment to achieving deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking, deadline-oriented team environment, and interface with various levels of management and leadership
- Curious, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive team environment
- Flexible to work extended hours to meet timelines
