This position is for a Summer 2024 internship which will last approximately 12 weeks.

What you will do:

• Partner with business leads to learn and observe marketing practices while participating in working groups.
• Interact daily with the Product, Pricing, and Programs team to create strategic plans to drive incremental growth.
• Contribute to working teams with ideas and observations as a development opportunity for future jobs.
• Assist and provide support to ongoing marketing projects.
• Attend technology trainings and learn various change management tactics.
• Complete an internship essay and / or presentation on your learnings from the program (to be defined).

What you will bring:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent related program, preferably in a Marketing or Agriculture related field with a graduation date of December 2024 or later
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and listen
• The highest ethical standards and a strong sense of accountability
• Willingness and ability to report to the Loveland, CO office every day

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range for this is$19.57 - 23.04 per hour.This range is estimated for Intern, Commercial Marketingin Loveland, CO.Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

We provide a benefits package that includes catastrophic coverages including life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance for a position of at least three months in duration and more than 30 hours per week. Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid sick days and holidays as well as an Employee and Family Assistance Program. A Student or Intern role does not participate in any retirement savings or incentive programs. Nutrien will comply with benefit and retirement regulations, as necessary. Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.
