What you will
- do:Lead and oversee the safe and effective execution of all DCS and E&I-related maintenance activities throughout the Augusta site, including day-to-day proactive asset care activities, routine corrective maintenance, outages, and turnarounds while following Nutrien’s and industry standards and leading practic
- es.Work closely with the reliability group to ensure appropriate asset care strategies are in place, executed as planned, and are effective in ensuring asset integrity and asset/process reliabili
- ty.Support the project group in coordination, development, planning and execution of capital and non-routine projec
- ts.Supports developing and stewarding to the maintenance budget including routine, outages, turnarounds and non-routine ite
- ms.Plays a key role in the E&I team’s development through talent attraction, needs assessment, resource development, and goals manageme
nt.
What you will b
- ring:Post-high school degree in Industrial Maintenance or electrical-related discipline. Prefer a B.S. in Enginee
- ring.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance. Must be skilled with pneumatics, electronic, and digital control sys
tems.
