Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations — Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York — plus multiple primary and specialty care physician practices locations, including The Heart Center, a leading provider of cardiology care, and two urgent care offices. Non-acute care is offered through various affiliates, including the Thompson House for rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, and the Home Care organizations.
Summary:
Manages the day to day of our sourcing strategy,
manages and tracks that we have the right talent pools, at the right time, at the right cost, and at the right location through a totally integrated recruitment marketing and sourcing plan.
Responsibilities:
1.
Manages social media platforms, candidate experience, referral programs and marketing campaigns
2. Utilizes d
ata to identify the skills needed for our future workforce, identifies and targets external talent and works to connect and attract talent into
Nuvance
3.
Targets sources where diverse candidates congregate and use right communication and channels to reach a diverse range of talent
4.
Partners with advertising agency, internal marketing and recruitment teams to create marketing campaigns, recruitment events to help attract top talent into
Nuvance
5.
Manages day to day budget and invoicing regarding recruitment adverting expenses
6.
Manages strategic diverse candidate pipeline that aligns with the organization diversity goals
7. Assists with
developing and managing strategic initiatives and external talent partners (RPO/MSP)
8.
Tracks third party expenses, invoices and accounts payable. Plays integrate part in agency cost reduction by managing data around agency spend and creating target recruitment campaigns to reduce
agency and
RPO reliance.
9.
Manages recruitment adverting campaigns to ensure ROI.
10.
Customizes sourcing campaigns to meet specific hiring needs – leverages external tools to attract talent
11. Assists with
identifying and deploying candidate assessment tool.
12. Maintains and Models Nuvance Health Values.
13.
Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
14.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
3-6 years of full-cycle corporate and/or agency recruiting experience
Relationship-oriented; values collaboration and communication
Must demonstrate good judgment and creative problem-solving ability
Strong work ethic; must be highly motivated and comfortable taking initiative
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
High ethical standards and strong sense of professional accountability

Interest in related projects and responsibilities when hiring needs slow (e.g. recruiting operations, ATS migration, professional development, L&D, employee relations, etc.)
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience with Vendor Management Program
Advanced ability to collaborate and negotiate.
