Content Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

As a Content Production Coordinator at Advent Trinity Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in managing our content creation process using advanced AI tools. You will ensure the quality and consistency of content across our digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and press materials. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of content trends, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Oversight:

*Oversee the production of digital content, ensuring all content meets the brand’s standards and SEO requirements. *Review and refine AI-generated content, ensuring clarity, engagement, and adherence to the brand's voice. *Manage content inventory and ensure a steady pipeline of content across all platforms.

Collaboration and Coordination:

*Work closely with the SEO Team, Website Team, and Social Media Team to ensure content is optimized and aligned with broader marketing strategies. *Coordinate content schedules, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces. *Act as the point of contact between content creators and other marketing teams to facilitate efficient workflow and information exchange.

Quality Control:

*Conduct thorough quality checks on all outgoing content, focusing on grammar, spelling, and alignment with strategic goals. *Adjust and revise content based on feedback from teams and performance analytics. *Maintain high standards of content presentation and ensure all content is user-friendly and accessible.

Technology and Tools Management:

*Utilize and manage AI content generation and optimization tools. *Train and support team members in using these tools effectively to maximize productivity. *Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and trends to continuously improve content production processes.

Reporting and Analytics:

*Monitor content performance across platforms and provide reports to management. *Use insights from analytics to suggest improvements and adjustments to content strategies. *Regularly assess content effectiveness, making recommendations for optimization and enhancement.

Qualifications:

*Proven experience in digital content creation and management. *Strong editorial skills and meticulous attention to detail. *Proficient in using AI tools for content generation and SEO. *Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. *Strong communication and coordination skills, with an emphasis on cross-team collaboration. *Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
