Position Details:
- Supai, AZ This is an ambulatory health station located at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. It is accessible only by helicopter, mule, or on foot.

- 13 week Government Contract, with option to extend
Position Requirements:
- AZ Single State RN License or any Compact State RN License
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Vaccinations: COVID and FLU required
Compensation Range:
$3,958-$4,164 Gross Weekly Pay (includes travel per diem for housing and meals)
Hired applicant will be eligible for relocation expense reimbursement, certification and license
reimbursement while on assignment, and overtime pay if required and approved by client.

Job Description:
A professional who is responsible for providing patient care, medical education/guidance, and emotional support to the patients and family members
Tasks and Responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:
a. Screening of patients.
b. Providing necessary services in support of the Agency’s effort to be in compliance with all applicable CLIA, CMS, and accrediting body regulations; and/or
c. Providing direct patient care services in the Emergency Department, Inpatient/Outpatient Department, Public Health Nursing Program field
d. Provide comprehensive nursing care for acutely ill and/or critically ill patients.
e. Plan, evaluate, or modify treatment based on information gathered by observing and interviewing patients, or by analyzing patient records.
f. Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed by the physician to include, but not limited to, medication administration, intravenous fluids, and other treatments.
g. Provide Outpatient Clinic nursing care for various departments
Minimum Qualifications/ Experience Requirement:
i. Experience and RN licensing per state requirements
ii. Resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized professional nursing experience performing the following type of work and tasks:
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience Requirement:
i. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and/or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certifications; and/or
ii. Experience in Public Health/Community Health, Behavioral Health, and Substance Abuse
