Financial Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

This position can be viewed as having 2 primary areas of responsibility which are detailed below but not limited to just the bullet points referenced.  In addition, this position is considered dynamic in nature revolving around work with IT’s Senior Systems Analyst, Operations and Finance lending itself to functions that may not be fully anticipated at this time.

Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint Application Support & Training:

• Senior Level support for Deltek process questions and issues
• Process uploads for mass updates in Deltek
• Direct link with IT for Maintenance and Configuration as needed
• Identify Workflow options in Deltek & apply them to help streamline processes
• Support the Financial and Operational teams on training new Deltek Users and new Users as a result of acquisitions, to maintain standardized guidelines for Project Set Up, Billing, Reporting and other Deltek functionality
• Train staff on Deltek enhancements and new application processes
• Review and stay current with Deltek enhancements to achieve best practices
• Gather, Analyze, and validate data used in applications involving budgets and forecasts
• Enhance Dashboard functionality

Migration from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint:

• Work directly with Consulting firm on plan and scheduling of migration
• Establish team to properly staff for migration
• Manage project time line and calendar
• Lead Project coordination, recommendations and working sessions with Consulting firm
• Perform process testing and validation of all modules
• Provide “Super User” training to core team at SS and OPS Regional Controllers
• Support company-wide training and roll out

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting
• 5-10 years of Deltek experience required
