Our Marketing/Business Development group is growing and we are in search of a Proposal Coordinator to join our Environmental Health Sciences vertical. The position can be remote or based in any office. The Proposal Coordinator will develop and manage quality proposals and presentations in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for producing top-quality proposals while serving our internal clients with a good mix of professionalism and creativity.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate proposal production efforts including:
- Prepare and track schedules
- Prepare proposal outlines based on RFP requirements
- Coordinate contract reviews
- Assist with theme development
- Coordinate sub-consultants
- Write non-technical portions of the proposals
- Create graphics
- Assemble proposals
- Coordinate production and delivery
- Create project write-ups and work with technical staff to finalize and keep up to date
- Create and maintain resumes for technical staff
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM data
- Prepare interview materials (PowerPoint, boards, etc.)
- Maintain sub-consultant and proposal file
- Maintain proposal database
- Generate marketing reports
- Support firm-wide marketing team on regional projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Management, Marketing or Communications (Preferred)
- Excellent writing, proofreading, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and is comfortable working in a fast, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite necessary; Proficiency in Deltek/Vision CRM or similar software and other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Illustrator and Photoshop) a plus (Preferred).
- Knowledge of the engineering/construction industry
- 3-10 years of relevant experience
The pay range for this position is $80,000.00- $90,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
NV5 may provide restricted stock units, sign-on bonuses, stay bonuses, or relocation allowances as part of the compensation package.
