Overview
We are seeking a Building Engineer I to join our Structural Team in the downtown Raleigh, NC office. This role will begin as in-office but can progress to remote/hybrid as the employee becomes more integrated with the team.

Responsibilities
Our Structural Engineers are expected to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet the needs of our clients. They contribute to the analysis and design of all structural elements, including steel, concrete, and wood-framed structures. They are expected to be responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented.As a Building Engineer I, you will also:
- Collaborate with teams of engineers and designers to complete project deliverables.
- Coordinate design work with other engineering disciplines.
- Meet client expectations for budget and schedule while delivering a quality product.
- Increase proficiency in relevant design, modeling, and analysis software applications such as RAM Bentley products, Autodesk Revit, and BIM360
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil with a concentration in Structural Engineering.
- Master’s degree in Civil with a concentration in Structural Engineering. (Preferred)
- EI Certificate
- 0-3 years of structural design engineering experience.
