Client Service Representative - Equine – Full Time
About the Position:
Premier South Shore Massachusetts Equine Veterinary Practice is looking for Full Time talented communicators to work with our diverse clients and skilled physicians.
Job Description:
- Answer multi-line phone, texts, faxes, and emails Schedule appointments with accuracy and promptness
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize Practice Management software to log all correspondence
- Interact with clients in person, via phone, email, and texting
- Process payments on accounts, email invoices, and receipts
- Prepare estimates as instructed by DVM
- Process and scan paperwork into records
- Prepare postal correspondence
- Maintain office building (keep tidy, restock brochures, in-house)
- Other duties as assigned by Veterinarians or Practice Manager
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have prior business environment experience
- Must be dependable
- Must be comfortable in stressful situations and possess excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work Saturdays 7:45AM - 1:00PM
- Must be familiar with horse terminology and have some horse experience
- Have great telephone skills
- A team player, you enjoy a fast-paced environment and can think critically on your feet
- Have the ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated, dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a love for horses
- Proficiency with computers, tablets, and cloud base data recording systems
Anticipated Schedule:
- Full time work schedule that includes working Saturday mornings
