We are currently looking for a motivated, eager individual to join our Client Service Team FULL TIME. A candidate with experience in the veterinary field is preferred and will be considered with priority but we are willing to train the right candidate with customer service experience.
We are a very fast paced & progressive 7 Doctor practice.
Full time positions include: Full health and ancillary benefits, 401k retirement plan with a match percentage, paid vacation and sick time, personal pet discount, and a scrub allowance.
A typical work week consists of 4 days/week with a Saturday rotation required.
Primary job responsibilities include: Excellent customer service ability/ Client communication via phone, email, and 2 way text/ Ability to handle a busy multi line phone system/ Schedule appointments and maintain daily doctor schedules/ Audit patient charts/ Process invoice transactions/ Discuss vaccine protocols/ Field basic questions about medical protocols and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will integrate easily into a large team environment and handle high stress situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
