Practice Representative Job Description
Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, a mixed animal facility, is hiring an experienced Practice Representative.
Equine experience a plus.
Here at Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, the Practice Representative ensures a smooth, accurate, cheerful, well-planned, and orderly flow of daily appointments and operations. Additional duties include receive payments, answer a multi-line phone system, act as a liaison between the client and the veterinarians and schedule appointments for both large and small animals along with dispatching ambulatory equine doctors who are scheduled for calls throughout the valley. Knowledge of equine medicine is important and customer service experience is preferred. A neat, and clean appearance is expected.
Potential candidates will be required to pass background and drug screening.
This is a full-time position day position.
