Compensation Specifics: Greater of Shift pay or Production
- Production 25%
- Shift Pay: $1,400 Day Shift (6am - 6pm), $1,400 Swing shift (1pm-1am), $1,600 Night shift (6pm - 6am)
- Medical Director compensation shall consist of a stipend of $1,400 per month ($16,00 annualized, paid the last pay period of each month).
- Other benefits include: New cell phone, new work laptop, and an additional $2,500 CE allowance for leadership and management specific resources.
